Coaching is a very personalized approach and each coach uses a different technique, method, and process with in their sessions.  Since everyone is different, our first meeting is a discovery session and will last anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour.

During this time we figure out if my coaching technique is right for you.  I will be asking you a lot of questions and putting you through mental exercises to find the best methods to help you reach your desired goals.  The end of the first session provides us with an initial game plan and idea of how our sessions will move forward.

From there, each session develops around your needs. Ensuring that you are involved in the change you seek.  In this process you will become more aware of your goals, mindful of your thoughts, emotions, and gain a new understanding of yourself.  Helping you rebuild your purpose and motivation so you can reach your desired outcome.
